Lunaris Digilab ("we", "us", or "our") operates the GeoRedirect application (the "App") for Shopify stores.
Data Collection
GeoRedirect does NOT collect, store, or process any personal data from merchants or their customers. The App:
- Does not access any Shopify API scopes for customer or order data
- Does not use cookies to track visitors
- Does not send any data to external servers
- Does not store any information in external databases
- Uses only browser sessionStorage/localStorage to remember if a visitor has already seen the popup during the current session
All configuration data (country lists, colors, text) is stored within Shopify's own theme settings infrastructure and never leaves Shopify's servers.
Third-Party Services
GeoRedirect does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, analytics platforms, or tracking tools.
GDPR Compliance
Since GeoRedirect does not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. However, we comply with Shopify's mandatory webhook requirements:
- customers/data_request: We respond confirming no customer data is stored
- customers/redact: We respond confirming no customer data exists to delete
- shop/redact: We respond confirming no shop data is stored externally
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
